hey guys! i know i’m a bit late on this sketch topic but better late than never, right?

anyway, here you see a drawing i did when i was nine years old on the top and my quick re-draw on the bottom. i really liked drawing girls in cool clothes and fancy dresses, many of my characters resembling either a disney princess or the olsen twins. i also wrote some short stories to go along with these drawings, but we won’t get into that.

Zack here, and I’m picking Anime as the theme for this week! I’ve been knee-deep in the ol’ Japanimation lately (got Outlaw Star and Big-O on dvd and bought a Perfect Grade Gundam model) so I’ve got this stuff on the brain! Pick an anime character and draw your (pork) buns off!

To be clear, do NOT draw in anime style- take the character and make it how you’d normally draw anything!

hope everyone had a great thanksgiving yesterday! i totally forgot about posting this week and basically had zippo time today so i literally whipped something up in a few minz. also, i realized drawing anyone cross eyed instantly makes it funny to me.

anyway, i drew my version of “the girl with a pearl earring.”

so for this one i wanted to draw two lovebirds. i imagine these two to be newlyweds, just moved into a new house, expecting a child, and totally excited. i just wanted to draw a nice, simple moment.

hey guys, aubrey here. so i kind of had this idea of a young boy who has always admired his father’s old flying machine that’s been sitting around and collecting dust for years. eventually, he goes behind his fathers back and does his best to fix it up and fly it himself. i put some last minute greys in this but i think it’d be fun to color.
